Absolutely! All that we ask is that you let us know at least an hour before so that we're sure to have it ready for you to pick up or eat in.

Every board is seasonal and custom-made to order. However, you can choose to add more meats, cheeses and produce, as well as substitutions for nuts, spreads (sweet, spicy, savory, or honey), and gluten allergies. Check out our BYOB platform!

We recommend eating your board within 24 hours. We cannot guarantee freshness past 24 hours.

Absolutely, upon receiving your board, please refrigerate if not consuming right away. It is filled with perishable items. 20-30 minutes prior to consuming, place board out to allow cheese to reach room temperature for maximum flavoring of the cheesy goodness.

For larger events or bulk ordering, we ask that you place your order at least 7 days in advance from the date you need it. For smaller sizes, we can build the day of ordering.

Yes! You can change your order within 24 hours after you order it. Please call the business phone to discuss your changes. 337-317-3600.

- Orders cancelled up to 12 hours  before order date will receive 100% refund. Any cancellations made after 12 hour notice are nonrefundable.
- A board that is not picked up within 24 hours after the scheduled pick-up date and time will be discarded.
- Special Events: deposits are nonrefundable unless due to an unforeseen circumstance.
